Intensive therapy is for people who want to go deeper in therapy and resolve their issues faster. Intensive therapy is also for individuals who have not found success with or do not have the time to commit to the traditional 50 minute per week therapy format. Intensive therapy offers individuals an opportunity to set aside hours of time to explore and resolve their problems. Using this format, you can book anywhere from 6-18 hours of individualized time with me. During this time, we “dig in” to your presenting issue, minimize outside distractions and work hard to find relief for your symptoms. Most people find they achieve their desired results much quicker using an intensive format for therapy. For some people, one 3 day (18 hour) intensive session may be all they need to fully resolve a core issue in their life.
